Fill your high speed blender with all of the smoothie ingredients in the order according to the blender directions (Ex. Vitamix- soy milk -> spinach -> seeds -> frozen fruit)
Blend til mixed well. You may need to push it down a few times to get everything blended well. Add a little more soy milk if need be.
Once well blended, pour into a bowl and add all of the toppings.
