My Go to Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • A handful of Spinach
  • A handful of Frozen Mixed Fruit peaches, strawberry, mango, pineapple
  • 1 to 2 Bananas
  • 1-2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Flax meal
  • 1 cup Soy Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in a blender (or nutribullet, or ntutri ninja) til smooth. Serve and Enjoy!!
