Whip up a batch up these easy and healthy pancakes and then let your kids have fun creating a their snowman! Or even a whole winter wonderland!

Ingredients
Pancakes
2cupsoats ground into flouror buy oat flour
1 ½tbspbaking powder
3tbspbrown sugar
3tbspapplesaucecan sub with veggie oil
1 ½cupswater
Snowman Extras
1banana
strawberries
handfulnon-dairy chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Instructions
Get your pan on the stove (or griddle) ready and turn to medium heat.
Mix together the oat flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Pour the applesauce and water on top of the dry mixture, stir well.
Pour a quarter cup of the batter on the pan at a time.
Let the top show bubbles, then flip. Once the edges on the bottom start to golden, remove from pan to eat.
Let cool.
Slice and use Christmas cookie cutters to make fun shapes with the strawberries, bananas, and extra pancakes.
Add a face, buttons, scarf, and even a bow if you're child would like to the snowman, sprinkle on some powdered sugar; have fun and enjoy eating!
Notes
*Feel free to sub in all purpose flour for the oat flour, however you will need to use 1 1/2 cups, not 2. These will also turn out a lot more fluffy.**You may sub veggie oil in for the applesauce at the same quantity.***You may sub in any non-dairy milk for the water at the same quantity if you need, such as with soy milk if trying to get more protein into your kids, or coconut milk for more healthy fats, or any that's fortified to simply have more vitamins and minerals!There is no ONE right way to make snowmen (or women) pancakes! The important thing is to have fun, not stress, and enjoy this perfect Christmas (or winter) morning breakfast!
