Avocado Icing

This healthier avocado icing is delicious and pairs well with either of the two sugar cookies above! Sure, it still has powdered sugar in it, but it has avocado, too! No Food Dye!

  • 1-2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp non-dairy milk (we use almond milk)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp pureed avocado


  1. Stir together 1 cup powdered sugar, the non-dairy milk, vanilla, and avocado.

  2. If too liquidy for the consistency you would like; add more powdered sugar.

  3. Once done, use to frost cooled sugar cookies.

*Store extra in a sealed container in the fridge.
