You and your kids will love this frozen banana dessert! Perfect for spring, summer, or anytime of the year.

Ingredients
40Banana Slices~3 or 4 bananas
5tablespoonsPeanut Butter
6tablespoonsChocolate Chips
2teaspoonCoconut Oil
Instructions
Slice bananas into half an inch to a full inch thick.
Measure out peanut butter and spread peanut butter on half of the
banana slices. Top those banana slices with another banana slice.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe dish and
melt in 5 to 10 second increments til completely melted- stir each time.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip the banana sandwiches in the chocolate, either all the way or
halfway, then place on parchment paper.
Once done dipping in chocolate, let solidify in the freezer. Enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to store these in the freezer.If you're in a rush and need these made asap, you can skip freezing the banana slices before making this, but it may be more difficult to spread the peanut butter on banana slices.*Coconut Oil should be melted before measuring.
