Healthy & Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

This decadent dessert smoothie is a must try for anyone who loves strawberries, cheesecake, or even milkshakes!! Give it to your kids guilt free, as it doesn't contain sugar, dyes, or syrups!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 5 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • cups almond milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Measure out all ingredients and add to your blender.

  2. Blend for about 45 seconds, or until nice and smooth!

Recipe Notes

*For best results, make sure the bananas and strawberries are completely frozen before blending.

If your blender is not strong, or a high speed blender, you may need to soak your cashews before hand for an hour or so; this will help soften them up to allow them to be blended more easily.
