Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for about 45 seconds in 10-15 second intervals.

  2. (Optional) Let set in the fridge overnight before using.

  3. Use as you would any jam and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If the berries are being difficult in the blender, feel free to microwave for 30 to 60 seconds and then blend.

Feel free to use any fruit in the place of the berries to make it more to your childs preference.

Keep in the fridge up to one week.
