Ingredients
½cupoatsold fashioned
2tbsppeanut butter
2tbspjam
½cupsoy milk(or other non-dairy milk)
1tsp-tbspflaxmeal
1tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Get out all ingredients, measure, and add them to a jar.
Stir or shake jar.
Let sit in fridge overnight.
Enjoy in the morning!
Notes
*Feel free to sub in any nut or seed butter in place of peanut butter.Also feel free to wait til the morning to add in the peanut butter so it's a bit more 'fresh'.
