PB&J Overnight Oats

One of the easiest, make ahead, kid approved breakfast recipes; you and your kids are going to love these pb&j overnight oats!

  • ½ cup oats old fashioned
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp jam
  • ½ cup soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tsp-tbsp flaxmeal
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Get out all ingredients, measure, and add them to a jar.

  2. Stir or shake jar.

  3. Let sit in fridge overnight.

  4. Enjoy in the morning!

Recipe Notes

*Feel free to sub in any nut or seed butter in place of peanut butter.

Also feel free to wait til the morning to add in the peanut butter so it's a bit more 'fresh'.
