Chocolatey and peanut buttery! Just like how mom used to make them, except without all the saturated fat from the butter! Vegan and kid friendly.
Melt the sugar, peanut butter, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder in a pot on medium heat on the stove
Once mixture is creamy, add in salt, vanilla, and oats
Scoop out about 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet til all of mixture is on the parchment paper
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours to firm and enjoy!
*Store in freezer for best results!
*Can use any non-diary milk you have on hand.
*Works with brown sugar, cane sugar, and white sugar (vegan). I have not tested with powdered sugar yet.
