Ingredients
12-16slicesbread
2cupssoy milk(or other non-dairy milk)
½cupoat flour
1tspbaking powder
2-4tspmaple syrup
1+tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients (except bread) in order in a square or rectangle container if possible - or at least a container wide enough for a piece of bread
Preheat your pan (or griddle), use oil or vegan butter for cooking if you’d like
Dip 1 slice of bread in the batter, flip over and dip other side
Cook on pan til the batter is cooked onto the bread (aka- the batter isn’t sticking to the pan and isn’t sliding off the bread)
Repeat with all bread slices and enjoy!

*You can halve the recipe if need be.*This recipe freezes well; make the french toast, freeze on a cookie sheet in freezer til frozen then place in a freezer bag/container. Reheat in toaster or microwave.
