Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on box
Mash tofu in a bowl with a fork and add in the rest of the tofu ricotta ingredients, mix well
Add the tofu ricotta and marinara sauce to the drained pasta, stir well and serve!
Notes
*If you prefer to bake this ziti, go ahead; bake at 350Fº for 35-40 minutes.
