The Ultimate Crispy Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These are the best crispy oatmeal raisin cookies you'll ever make. You won't be able to stop eating them!

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup soy milk or other milk
  • 1/3 cup softened vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1  ½  cup raisin


  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉.

  2.  Stir oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder together.

  3.  Then stir in vanilla, soy milk, softened butter, and syrup. 

  4. Once everything is combined, stir in the raisins. 

  5. They will look and feel like they will fall apart when you scoop them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  6.  Let cool completely. Enjoy!!
