Apple Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

This is my families 'go to' oatmeal; it's cheap and easy to make!

Servings 5 cups

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 apples diced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup raisins


  1. Pour oats into pot.

  2. Dice both apples; about 1/4 cubes and add in. Or, simply slice them into pot.

  3. Pour in water and start to cook.

  4. Stir in 1 tsp cinnamon, and let cook.

  5. Once cooked, add in raisins, the rest of the cinnamon, and brown sugar. 

  6. Stir everything together, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*You can replace the brown sugar with the same amount of maple syrup.
