Ingredients
1/2 cupfresh spinachpacked
1banana
1/2cupbeetscooked (or from a can)
1tbspflaxseed meal
1tspchia seeds
1/2cupfrozen strawberries
1 to 2cupswater
ice cubesadd in after blended

Blend all ingredients together, except for ice cubes.
