Soak cashews for a few hours, or even better, overnight.
Then blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Serve and enjoy!
If you don't want to, or let's be honest- don't want to wait, to soak the cashews over night, feel free to soak them for just a few hours, or boil them for about 10-15 minutes and cool completely.
