Add the yeast, sugar, and warm water to a large mixing bowl (the one that you’ll use with your stand mixer) and let sit for about 5 minutes, it should foam up a little bit.
Add the oil, salt, about 2 cups of the flour, the Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well and add in more flour as needed; you should not need more than 3 cups total.
Knead the dough, use the dough hook on low to medium speed for about 10 to 15 minutes (or knead the dough for the same amount of time).
Stretch out and roll the dough into the shape of your pan, or stretch into round mini pizzas.
Add toppings as desired.
Bake for 10-15 minutes and allow to cool before enjoying!
