Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp brown sugar (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Measure and pour all ingredients into a microwave safe mug

  2. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes

  3. Stir, let cool slightly, enjoy!!
