Melt the sugar, peanut butter, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder in a pot on medium heat on the stove
Once mixture is creamy, add in salt, vanilla, and oats
Scoop out about 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet til all of mixture is on the parchment paper
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours to firm and enjoy!
Notes
*Store in freezer for best results!*Can use any non-diary milk you have on hand.*Works with brown sugar, cane sugar, and white sugar (vegan). I have not tested with powdered sugar yet.
