These healthy Banana Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies are perfect for toddlers, picky eaters, and even adults who want to eat better. They’re cookies, but with no butter, sugar, or flour, but they still taste sweet and delicious!
Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your cookie sheet with a silpat.
Add your oats to the bowl and mash in your bananas until all of the oats are completely covered.
Fold in your cranberries until you can form a dough in the center of the bowl with the cranberries not falling out of the dough.
Use your cookie scoop, or measure out about 2 tablespoons of the dough, and place on your baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Use the back of a slightly wet spoon to slightly press down each cookie ball.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until they start to slightly golden.
Allow to cool before enjoying and giving to your kids!
