In a rush but craving ziti? This no-bake ziti can be made in less than half an hour and is just as delicious as the baked kind!

Ingredients

pasta
(ziti, rigatoni, etc)

marinara sauce
(or more)
Tofu Ricotta

pound (16oz)
tofu
firm

tbsp
nutritional yeast

tbsp
parsley
1 ½
tsp
basil

tsp
oregano

tsp
salt
optional

black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on box
Mash tofu in a bowl with a fork and add in the rest of the tofu ricotta ingredients, mix well
Add the tofu ricotta and marinara sauce to the drained pasta, stir well and serve!
Notes
*If you prefer to bake this ziti, go ahead; bake at 350Fº for 35-40 minutes.
