First, divide the ingredients in half, half for each cup. (Or if you have smaller containers, fill them all at once, one ingredient at a time to divide up the ingredients evenly.)
Assemble the parfait starting with about 2 tablespoons of granola on the bottom.
Then add about 2-4 tablespoons of yogurt.
Next, add all of the fruit, 2-4 tablespoons each, in the order listed above.
Then add about 1-2 tablespoon more yogurt on top, sprinkle a little more granola, add 1 large berry and 2 blueberries, a teaspoon of coconut shreds and enjoy!
Repeat for the second parfait.

Each layer is about 2-4 tablespoons of the ingredient. This recipe is best when enjoyed right after assembling, and cannot be saved well after assembling.
