Assemble the parfait starting with 1-2 tablespoons of granola on the bottom.
Then add about 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
Add just under ¼ cup of blueberries on top of the yogurt.
Add about 2 tablespoons of granola on top of the blueberries.
Add 2 more tablespoons of yogurt on top of the granola.
Add ¼ cup diced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
Top the strawberries with 1 tablespoon yogurt.
Sprinkle a little more granola on top and then add 1 whole strawberry and a few blueberries on top.
Repeat with the second parfait.
Notes
This recipe is best when enjoyed right after assembling, and cannot be saved well after assembling. The granola would become mushy if you try saving it after assembling. You will have leftover granola.
