If you’re vegan, then you need to learn about vegan nutrition. There may be people against you being vegan, thinking that you won’t get the nutrients you need as a vegan (or worse, they’ll think you’re children are in danger because you’re raising them on a vegan diet).
So be sure to read up on nutrition in the articles below (and from actual books) so that you can explain to non-vegans how you get your protein and omega-3’s!
