Thanks for visiting Stress Less. Be Healthy. The goal of this site is to share what I know and learn when it comes to reducing stress (or using it strategically to help us) and becoming healthier! If you’re a stay at home mom, then you will certainly benefit from taking a look around!

You’ll notice that I’m a bit obsessed with:

  • being, or staying, healthy
  • productivity for stay at home moms
  • staying sane while staying home (even through all the chaos thrown our way)
  • eating well, or as plant based as possible
  • and…doing all this while having kids around (along with including them as much as possible, especially when it comes to eating well and developing healthy habits- whether for mental or physical health)
  • oh, and with coming up with fun (healthy) snacks for my two girls to eat

…let me introduce myself! My name is Shawna. I have two little girls, a psychology degree, and a passion for eating well. If you want to learn more about me, head over to my About Me page!

But, you should know that I also love seeing people grow into better versions of themselves. And, if I can help with that in anyway, or inspire that in someone, then it simply makes my day!! It may be why I include a weekly challenge for everyone who subscribes to receive my emails with exclusive content!
