And that is where this chili is better than other vegan chili recipes; it’s simplicity!
So, how do you make this super easy chili?
Simple.
ALL YOU DO IS…
- Add 2 cans kidney beans to a pot on medium heat
- Add 8oz of tomato sauce
- Sprinkle in a few spices and warm everything up
- Open up a bag of scoop tortillas for the kids to use as ‘spoons’
And it’ll disappear before the tortilla chips do!
Seriously, that is it!

Easy Vegan Chili Recipe

- 2 cans kidney beans (15.5oz or similar)
- 8 oz tomato sauce (about a cup)
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 bag tortilla chips scoops
Instructions
- Drain, rinse, and add kidney beans to pot over medium heat
- Add in tomato sauce and spices
- Stir and heat til warm
- Serve with tortilla chips!
