Vegan Blueberry Crumble
In this article you will find a delicious and and super easy Vegan Blueberry Crumble Recipe that will easily become one of your favorite desserts (or breakfast)!
You may consider this recipe a dessert, but this is one of the regular breakfasts that I make (or one of my kids makes) in our home.

Maybe you’re thinking, why would you make your kids dessert for breakfast?
Well….
When the ‘dessert’ is packed full of anti-oxidants and fiber from the berries & oats, calcium with the almonds, and more nutrients from almost every ingredients in the recipe, & it tastes delicious so no one complains about what I’m serving; why aren’t YOU serving this for breakfast!?
Before you get started making the This Healthy Vegan Crumble…
Make sure you preheat the oven to 350F and get out ALL the ingredients, a baking dish, and a bowl and spoon to mix the topping. This recipe goes fast!
Alternatively, teach your child to make this recipe, even 2 year olds could help by pouring the toppings into a bowl and stirring (you may just have to measure them out and use a large enough bowl so they won’t spill).
Ingredients for Blueberry Crisp
There’s honestly not very much to the recipe…
- Blueberries
- almonds
- cinnamon
- coconut shreds
- maple syrup
- oats
- pecans
How to Make Blueberry Crumble
You can start by mixing together the topping ingredients
- coconut shreds
- chopped pecans
- sliced almonds
- maple syrup
- cinnamon
- & oats
Then measure out the frozen blueberries and add to them to a baking dish, either a round 9″ dish, or I use two of the big dishes from this set (makes it so much easier to save in the fridge when I meal prep these for the week).
Then sprinkle the topping over the top evenly.
Place in the oven for about 25-36 minutes (or however long it takes to ensure the berries are warm and the top is slightly golden.
Then you’re done!
It’s really that simple, and it’s absolutely delicious & nutritious!

- 4 cups blueberries frozen
Topping
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned)
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- ½ cup almonds sliced
- ½ cup coconut shreds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Mix together all topping ingredients
- Add berries to baking dish
- Add topping to the berries evenly
- Bake for 25-35 minutes (til berries are warm and topping is slightly golden
- Enjoy!
