Now, How to Make These Awesome Vegan Cinnamon & Sugar Tortilla Chips
Start by getting out the ingredients for the chips.
- tortillas
- cinnamon
- sugar
- butter
Also, get out a large plate, a bowl, knife, and cookie sheet that’s lined with either a silpat or parchment paper.
Then mix together the cinnamon and sugar in the bowl.
Spread a small amount of butter on both sides of the first tortilla. Then spread a small amount on 1 side of the next tortilla and place on top of the first tortilla, with the side without butter touching the first tortilla. That way, the non-butter side of the second one will get butter on it from the first tortilla.
Repeat this process until all of the tortillas have butter on them.
Cut the tortillas into eighths, just as you would a pie.
Dip every single piece, from every single tortilla, into the cinnamon and sugar to coat them.
Place the sugar and cinnamon coated chips onto you cookie sheet.
Bake til golden.
While these chips are baking, make the dip!
